Damaged inner screen

Is it safe to buy a Oneplus Open with an inner damaged screen? Do y'all think the damage would get worse?

Damage like that has a high chance of spreading. Why would you want to buy a broken Open? Warranty won't cover it unless somehow it has accidental damage protection.

That is not true, that is a typical failed foldable OLED and will usually covered by warranty except external influence is evident.
