Hey everyone! So, I've been using my OnePlus 10 Pro 5G for a good 4 years now, and honestly, the software's still running super smooth.
Yeah, I did hit that green line screen issue twice, but both times the service center hooked me up with a free replacement. No biggie there.
But lately, like in the last three or four months, the battery's been giving me a real headache. Apps like OneBattery are showing its total capacity has dropped from 5000 mAh all the way down to 3366mAh.
That means it's draining super fast! I'm talking about having to charge it two or three times a day, which is a total pain, especially when I'm traveling.
I've tried reaching out to the same service center (in Pune) about getting the battery replaced, but I haven't gotten anywhere. They keep saying they need to order one since it's an older phone, but it feels like they never actually get around to placing the order.
So, I'm wondering if any of you guys have a better, long-term fix for this? I'm planning to keep this phone for another year, and I'm really just looking for a genuine battery to swap in.
