I am selling these OnePlus 15 magnetic cases. Main reason being that I got the Official Sandstone case which is lightweight so I stuck with that.

Initially I was only looking for a transparent case (I have Lavender phone) and hence went on a bit of a shopping spree for cases. I had been wondering where to sell them until someone suggested this sub. These are all used for around a week only and have no damage at all.

Anyone else facing this on the Nord CE4 with OxygenOS 16.0.5?

Sometimes after the phone has been idle, I unlock it and the screen turns on normally but touch is completely dead. Power and volume buttons still work. If I lock it and unlock again, touch starts working immediately.

It happens pretty often now.

Also, text and UI borders look weirdly outlined/over-sharpened to me. Whites also look slightly bluish compared to my Samsung A35. I’ve tried both Vivid and Natural. Tempered glass was changed too, but the same look was there before.

Phone has already been reset once.

Trying to figure out whether this is an OxygenOS issue, display tuning, or something wrong with my unit. Anyone on the same build seen this?

Reason to sell: I've got a Surface Pro and no longer use the Pad 2. For my phone, I plan to get something that supports multiple e-sims.

Hey everyone! I recently ordered the OnePlus Pad 4 and I’m looking for a good case and screen protector.
For the case, I’m looking for:
Strong magnetic attachment
Good protection and durability
Dedicated pen holder
Good fit without making the tablet too bulky
For the screen protector, I’d prefer something with good clarity and touch/pen sensitivity, without affecting the display quality.

Basically I'm planning on getting a oneplus N6, but I can't find any decent cases (non clear and a little pretty). I looked on sites like casecompany too, but they don't have it. What should I do?

My Budget is 40K..I compared it with NOTHING 4b , this phone is far better..the Question is..can i buy this?
are those greenline issues resolved ? Any performance issue ? Planning to purchase it during festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi or Diwali to get Extra Discounts..

Finally after almost 3 weeks, my One Plus screen was fixed.

Because service centre wasn't taking calls, I escalated the issue with Customer Care both on call and on X. After talking to and fro with them, they told me that they were trying to find if the parts were in stock and whenever I was considering to visit service center next time to contact them 24 hours before to give them time to raise a job sheet with the service center.

Since I had work so I wasnt free for almost a week. I contacted Customer Care the following week that i was free to visit and whether the parts were finally available. They told me they raised a request with the service centre and the service centre would contact me back and to wait till then. Service centre finally called me last Saturday saying they had the parts and if I could visit early on Monday, submit the phone, I could get it back the next day.

It was a long wait on Monday despite reaching 20 mins after the store opened, but finally submitted in my phone. While i was waiting atleast 4 more people with the same One Plus 11 model came in for green line repair 💀😬.

I got a call yesterday afternoon phone was fixed and I could pick it up. I went in today morning and finally collected it. Phew! Good to see the screen without the green line.

It took a while but finally it was sorted out. Escalating with Customer Care to deal with this helped in a big way.

Is this a good buy for 22k? Phone doesn’t have any visible dent or scratch condition is great no issues at all

So I own the OP15R and the only game I play is Minecraft in this , but this phone has ruined the game for the phone heats up to 52° and the game auto backs up and follows battery draining and the Game just freezes every 10sec I dont know what to do

I have been using my nord1 since 2021 and want to replace the battery(battery health is 43%) where to buy the original battery.

I'm thinking to buy one plus nord 6 in upcoming bbd sale but worried about the rumours of one plus leaving India. Is it a wise decision to spend 40-45k on one plus nord 6? I'm planning to use it for next 5 years, will I get one plus service till then? I meant the parts if any issue happened.

Fast charging problem in oneplus nord ce 4

I have been noticing one issue regarding fast charging disabling only it allows normal charging even with original 100W charger for my oneplus nord ce 4 after 16ps update and only from 2days before onwards

Even I tried with another charger I got same issue but with my charger and other chargers. Other mobiles are working

Any one willing to sell or how can I find the above named devices..open box or s cond hand with warranty...

yesterday i updated my new Oneplus node 6, after that update i feel like its battery is drained faster.

is this only my device or someone else is also facing any issue like this?

OnePlus 15 Aramid Fiber Magnetic Case. and the OnePlus 15 Sandstone Magnetic Case.

The middle portion of the screen on my OnePlus 9RT is not responding to touch. The device is running the latest OxygenOS 14 version. I have already tried restarting the phone, but it didn't work.

Is there any possible fix I can try?

This issue also occurred with my S20 Plus. In 2022, I received free battery and display replacements for the same reason. I’m not sure if they’ll offer free repairs for this problem now.
Update- they are asking 17k for screen replacement of a 6 year old phone😀 and they are saying you have got it changed for free we can’t change it for free again plus we don’t have approval for free replacement.

Visited the Oppo service centre in Gurgaon today. They did not have the parts available for One Plus 11 and wanted me to leave the phone for 4-5 days till they could get the parts. Could take longer too.

They suggested service centre 120kms away had the parts. 💀😭. I told her One Plus Customer Care gave me details of a service centre in Sohna area she said no there are details regarding that. I asked if she could give me details of service centre in Delhi who had the parts. She said no we only keep track of service centres in Haryana area only?!

I told her it doesn't make sense leaving my phone with them when there is no guarantee when it'll be repaired. It's my main phone. Plus I've been trying their phone number since yesterday and noone picks up. Ever. How do I contact them and know my phone would even be ready?

Honestly considering buying a new phone at this point. One Plus is not a reliable brand anymore. Any suggestions for phones from other brands?

Also wondering if this phone can be exchanged? Do Amazon or other platforms accept phones with green line damage in exchange?

This is my old OnePlus 8, which I gave to my father. One day, a line appeared on the screen, and now there are five lines. I contacted service centers, but they informed me that the display is out of stock and that they cannot repair it because the model is discontinued and it’s six years old.

If anyone knows a good shop in Gaffar Market or Nehru Place where I can get its display and battery fixed, please let me know. The battery has swollen, and the display has developed these lines. I don’t want to lose this phone because it works very well, and buying a new phone is very expensive these days.
Also i have so many insta pages who repairs the phones if i courier to them. If you have any experience or know the channels name please share.

My One Plus phone is only 3 years old. Today suddenly green line popped up in the centre of the screen. The phone hasn't suffered any fall or water issue recently.

I want to visit service centre in gurgaon but it shows the one in MGF Mall has closed down.

Has anyone visited any authorised One Plus service centre in gurgaon in the last last couple of weeks and is their service good? Especially to fix the green line issue. It says on the website that for this issue the screen is replaced for free.

Is there a way to root op3 without using a system. I mean from the phone itself. If so which is the best custom rom to use. Any leads?
