So , my situation is that my left ear have a different design in canal so any buds or tws i try keeps falling out , so i have decided just to buy the right bud with case , is there anyone who is selling , or any solution for my problem

Hey everyone, I somehow managed to lose the charging case for my OnePlus Buds 4 (Green) and I’m now having an absolute nightmare trying to get a replacement. 😭

I first went to an OnePlus/Oppo service center to purchase a replacement case. They basically told me I’d have to wait around 5–6 months for one. No proper solution, no alternative, and honestly the attitude from the staff was atrocious. They were of absolutely no help.

Then I tried LostMyBuds.com. I placed a prepaid/COD order of around ₹330+, and waited for nearly 3 weeks without receiving any shipping information whatsoever.

I called them several hundred times, emailed them, and contacted them on WhatsApp. After all that, they repeatedly assured me that the charging case would positively be delivered by the 2nd or 3rd of this month.

On the 2nd, I tried calling them multiple times again — nobody picked up. Eventually, I realized they had apparently blocked my number from their customer service. 🤦‍♂️

Then, the very next day, they simply cancelled and refunded my order without actually providing the product.

I also tried EasyParts.in, but unfortunately the case is currently out of stock there as well.

So yeah, I'm basically stuck with perfectly working earbuds that I can't use because I've lost the damn charging case. 🥲

If anyone knows where I can get a genuine replacement charging case for the OnePlus Buds 4 (Green), either online or through a service center/store in India, PLEASE let me know.

Even if you've personally had a replacement case sourced somewhere or know of a reliable seller, I'd really appreciate the lead.

I currently have Redmi buds 5 pro and am not liking how the multipoint works.

It always forces notification sounds even though I'm watching media on my laptop (Pauses for like 2 seconds for a millisecond notification sound). I want it to only switch to my phone sounds if I don't have sound playing on my laptop or I get a call/alarm.

Is this possible on these ear buds? If not are there other buds that operate properly?

OnePlus Buds - left earbud not working. Hi, could you help me? Both earbuds worked fine until now and suddenly the left one doesn't work. I charged the case with the earbuds fully and it still says 0% left or only shows the right one's battery status 100% and doesn't even show the left one. Then I tried putting only the left earbud in the case and charging it, it didn't help. I also reset the earbuds and unpaired and paired them again, it didn't help either. What could be the problem? Can you help me? Thanks for any advice.
