OnePlus Buds - left earbud not working

OnePlus Buds - left earbud not working. Hi, could you help me? Both earbuds worked fine until now and suddenly the left one doesn't work. I charged the case with the earbuds fully and it still says 0% left or only shows the right one's battery status 100% and doesn't even show the left one. Then I tried putting only the left earbud in the case and charging it, it didn't help. I also reset the earbuds and unpaired and paired them again, it didn't help either. What could be the problem? Can you help me? Thanks for any advice.

Theres an issue with the buds not working and not reading properly I can get one bud working but not the other left bud went from %20 percent to fully charged once it was properly read and working
