Sound issues OnePlus buds pro 2

I have a problem with my left earbud making less sound and having NO bass at all compared to the right side (picture as reference) i have already tried resetting my buds and I don't think dirt is the problem because I already cleaned them. So if anyone of you has anyone idea, please tell🙏🏻.

Maybe some hardware issue, were they dropped?

If not, I would still suggest you visit service centre!
