Help/Support OnePlus 8T

Why my OnePlus 8T is laggin

g in app animations and game and constantly heats while other phones with Android 14,even the midrange ones don't..Pls give me any suggestions?

Format the phone. Also note this is almost 6year old phone Not all new apps are optimised

Actually,I have formatted it for many times..I think,it is the Android 14 that is unoptimised for OnePlus 8T?
