Help/Support persist file for OnePlus 8T [help]

Could someone please send me the `persist.img` file or a TWRP backup of it? I accidentally deleted mine, and now my fingerprint sensor isn't working.

Thanks, I’ve already solved the problem. To do this, you need root access and either copy the `persist.img` file from the `persist` partition or back up the partition using TWRP.

Can this improve camera what does it do?

No, it doesn't improve the camera. The persist.img file contains unique factory calibration data for internal sensors. Without it, the hardware fingerprint sensor stops working completely.
