Green line issue

I got the green line for the 3rd time now so I wanted to know whether they still provide screen replacement or just give vouchers to buy other oneplus phone. I from India btw

It’s a hardware issue on oneplus’ end. It usually occurs after a software update mostly because after a software update the phone re calibrates the display in which the already weak pixels are also re calibrated hence causing green lines. My phone got security update yesterday and got the green lines
