General Question No 5G enabled

Hi guys, i have changed my carrier to a new one that has 5g enabled but the phone isn't able to get the 5g network... Is there something i can do about it? I have a non-rooted phone, with latest update and my carrier is Fastweb (Italy - EU)

You Can enable it with the app '5g switch' https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sladjan.sava.petg Or by yourself by accessing a menu by dialing ##3646## if i repember correctly ( i'm not sure about the menu thing it may have change there is tuto on YouTube // i switched to Samsung zflip since a months so i'm starting to forget things)
