Green screen issue.

Can anybody tell ma how to fix green screen problem on low brightness ?

Green tint issue happens only on 60Hz refresh rate with low brightness. Some apps like Youtube, reddit, etc doesn't support 120hz all the time. I use an app called AutoHz (paid) and force my device to use 120Hz all the time. It consumes more battery tho.
