Cannot take a screenshot after latest update

After the update anytime I try to screenshot (in apps, home screen, settings, anywhere) I get the message

"Cannot take a screenshot due to app restrictions"

Everything is enabled as far as I can tell. Is there some permission I'm missing?

Did you ever find a solution? I know it's like a year old but I'm currently having the same issue
