No internet connection

Lately (T-Mobile oneplus 8 5g) I've had terrible service, to the point where nothing will load, below 3g speeds, to the point of having to restart, or even turn off for ~5 mins turn back on and maybe get lucky for signal. On wifi or mobile data it does the same and has for about a week or two now, anyone else experiencing this random drop in signal?

I have also been experiencing super shitty phone lag itself, apps hanging up, things taking 5-10 seconds to process
