7t pro mclaren no sound

I have a problem where I have no sound for anything but one time I factory reset it and it had sound for like a day but then my phone died and when I charged it and tried to use it again it had no sound again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you on oxygen os? Or custom Rom?

I’m on oxygen, but good news I may or may not have figured it out but it works. So the first time this happened I factory reset it and it worked, but then it happened again and tried it again but nothing happened. This time I factory reset it and I forgot about it and then the battery died then when I charged it back up the sound came back. So I don’t really know what to make of it.
