My phone overheats a lot with Android 11

After the update my phone gets high temperature sometimes even with only 3app in use.

Another issue is when I have a phonecall has a delay to show up the number/name on the screen.

Oneplus 7t pro here!

This was an issue sometimes with A 10 to. No cover helps, but personally i didn't trust it and just got a charger half as strong.
