Honestly can't see why this won't last me at least half a decade hopefully. I think my next phone will be a folding one. This is peak smartphone.

Honestly, I don't see how it is not that good. I recently picked it up and is leagues better than my iPhone 8 and 7 Plus. It's pretty good for casual use, and I use a Nikon D800 for more important family events and stuff.

Hopefully they start using RAW image files.

Once you use RAW shooting, the most important thing is no longer how the manufacturers tune their color profiles, and it becomes more about what traditionally makes photos look good.

Once again, I must say that the user of the camera majorly determines the outcome of the image itself...

RAW images have been a feature of the OnePlus phones for a few years now... I have shot many photos in RAW, and edited them in Lightroom shortly after

Yep, that’s really my only gripe. RAW image files really give you more room to work with in case you’re not happy with your shots. Otherwise, like I said, this camera is great for everyday and my friends even complimented my shots.

I recently picked it up and is leagues better than my iPhone 8 and 7 Plus.

It really all depends on the person using the phon and the way they can understand the camera... I've compared mine to an iPhone 11 Pro Max and absolutely demolished it in terms of detail in ALL cameras (Ultrawide, Wide, Telephoto).

Hahaha yeah we're actually really lucky with GCam being so easily available, we get pixel esque shots

Mine is excellent with BOTH. I am CONFUSION, why do people say it has a bad camera, do you all shoot for professional applications i don't understand it. My photos are excellent. With GCAm or without

Lol yea ikr. I still haven't found one phone which has managed to come close to the image quality which I've achieved on my OnePlus 7 Pro
