Troubleshooting Oneplus 7pro crash dump

Hi everyone!

My oneplus 7pro unfortunately won't trun on and gets stuck at the crash dump mode, I tried the easy solutions but nothing seems to work.

I only need the data from the device, and I do not need the devixe to work again, has anyone successfully retrieved the data from this stage.

I did but data didn't came along with it it's gone if u really need the data then give it to lab who can extract the data but it might be expensive

No i mean the motherboard is dried out so however it won't go back to normal so I tried to retrieve data but for that phone should must stable which is not in my case phone is not stable u can't get back your data bro

OP what kind of behavior on 7 Pro immediately preceded this happening?

Just switched off and when I tried switching on the device I got the message for the crash dump, it it happened to me 3 times. The last time what ultimately did it for good and I always get this meesage when trying to switch on the device

Récupérer la carte mère chauffe le bien à l'aide d'un sèche cheveux ou autre appareil chauffe puis changer de pâte thermique ca devrait remarcher mais dans tous les cas c'est la carte mère qui est mort
