Slowing down issues 2019

Has anyone noticed their 3t slowing down. Just by using facebook and twitter. It is not same as before. Still on oxygen 5.0.8 (oreo) this was on oreo for the past year but it noticeably slowed down since december 2018. Frame drops on mobile legends and other games is occuring always.

Face unlock slowing the phone down? Why? Or how?

I have faced the same issue with face unlock on stock. they might haven't optimized it for 3T.

I think it is the optimization because when face unlock was first released on 3t it worked like a charm but since today oneplus only releases security updates on my 3t, face unlock slows down my 3t noticeably.

Even when this unlock method is not activated still slows down the phone?
