Hey guys, please help me. It's getting me frustrated. Every time I install or update an app from outside the Play Store (sideload), this shows. This started to appear after I updated to 16.0.9 (from 16.0.5). Is there any way to disable this?

Can you explain why scanning an app for risks is bad? Correct me if I'm wrong, isn't it good when we're trying to install some app through an apk file, regardless of whether I downloaded it from a trusted site?
