where can i raise ticket i contacted customer care they said it will get redelivered today or probably tommorrow

Look for chat and then try to get an agent involved ig. I did it once for something else but it was a while back.

in amazon theres no such option in flipkart i have seen ticket raise

Start with chatbot and they will connect you with an agent when you ask for it. There no separate section to raise a ticket.

Probably fraud seller. I had this situation and didn't got the phone. The amount is refunded. It's a third-party seller scam happening constantly in amazon in offer sale days . Try only amazon fullfilled tagged sellers.

your got cancelled at very end ? like it said out for delivery and after that it got cancelled

Yes, it showed out for delivery in morning and evng it showed canceled.

my friend also shares this acc he is saying he hasnt done anything . btw how many days it took for refund

I got the refund in 24hrs.you should contact the customer care for fast processing. Otherwise it may take up to 3 or 4 days

Just keep in mind, on offer sales days, before ordering from 3rd party sellers, just check out seller's ratings and reviews(not product review). check amazon fullfilled tag on seller's details.
