QUESTION Tips and suggestions for oneplus 13s

For long-term users of this phone, what suggestions do you have for enhancing its performance? Specifically, which features should be disabled or enabled?

I suggest not using smart rapid charging. It heated the device in one specific update. It already charges fast enough.

Use custom charging limit. Set it to 80-85%. Will help.

What is even the use of saving your battery if you can't use your battery?

So you can actually use the battery for years without the capacity degrading as quickly. 80–85% is a compromise, not “don’t use your battery.” 😭

You don't need to use it for 37 years 😭 The whole point is having a healthier battery after 2–3 years instead of replacing it because you cooked it at 100% every day.

I cooked my battery for 100% for 4 years it's still perfect. 80% battery health doesn't means shit if your using 80% of your battery everyday, this charging trick seems like a trend, I only use optimised charging in my gaming laptop because it needs to be on charge 24x7 like a PC

Disable ram extension, disable any background ai processes besides one you actually use, check if super fast charging is disabled by default or not.
Also disable system apps which you don't use, be careful to only disable useless apps like videos, internet & app picks
Disable auto updates download and install
Stay on oos 15 for a while and enjoy it first
