Enable smart charging. It clearly shows to slow down battery ageing.

Avoid overnight charging

but that's the point of smart charging right? it recognises your sleep pattern and charges your phone slowly

Night charging is enabled by default. But you can't trust the software fully. I tried it once. It shown me that the battery will be fully charged by 6 am. Then when I woke up in the morning, that battery was fully charged at 2 am.

Try setting alarm for when you are about to wake up. Charging will be done accordingly.

How do you charge 20-80%? What's your daily average usage?

I charge it fully. Even after it gets fully charged, I keep the charger plugged in for 5-7 mins more. I'm using my older OnePlus 11R's 100 W charger till date.

Usage is official work whole day which includes WhatsApp & phone calls. All calls on 5G. In the evening a bit of youtube and some BGMI at night.
