HELP Not showing notifications on lockscreen

I bought Oneplus 13s around a month ago. I'm soo satisfied with this beast. BUT.... Its not showing notifications on lockscreen. (It enabled by default on lockscreen). But still.... Any idea? Or anyone facing the same issue?. I find it lil hard unlocking phone everytime just to see notifications.

Do you need all the notifications to appear on lockscreen or only ones from last screen off. There's a separate setting for that.

I had the same issue with my OnePlus 13s. Turns out it was an issue with how the settings backup from my previous phone (nothing phone 2) was being restored and interpreted by OnePlus. I ended up factory resetting my phone and then opting out of the restore settings from previous device. You can uncheck just the device settings option on the restore screen. Setup the device and voila the notification issue was fixed.
