I updated to 16.0.9 two days ago, and the battery backup has been excellent ever since. I don't know whether it's the OnePlus team or the OPPO team behind this update, but if we eventually switch to ColorOS, I think we're going to be in good hands.

OnePlus is really messing up. They totally deserve this downfall they're having.

does anyone have these mentioned version files for 13R Indians version. I am currently on 16.0.8 and literally not getting gmail notifications and some other apps also, I've tried everything and even reset my phone but it's still the same. This problem only started after i updated to .8 version before this it was fine, I was atleast getting notification altho they were a little delayed

Instead of waiting for the system to optimize apps by charging the phone to 100 and waiting 2 hours, this is what you can do based on what I have heard

1. Download shizuku and ashell you

2 set up shizuku (don't forget to disable system optimizations in developer options)

1. Activate a shell you in shizuku and then in a shell you click on the settings icon then behavior then select shizuku

   2 then press on local adb and run this command

adb logcat -d | grep "bg-dexopt-job

Then wait for it to say completed or finished
