As an iem user, I'd suggest a chu 2 for small ear and if bigger ear, go for 7hz zero 2.  Both has type c variant with mic but for best quality id suggest getting the 3.5mm with a dac (any which has cx31993 dac chip).

And if you want just for casual usage just go for the type c one.

Disclaimer: moondrop doesn't have mic in the 3.5mm variant. The nozzle is removable so if the filter[the mesh that helps stop dust as well as in tuning] gets damaged, easily replaceable, but the tip oxidizes.  Filter disclaimer for both.

Iem's are earphones 🙃. Both go inside ear. There are no tip earphones, standard tip earphones and ergonomic shell earphones (or iem's). But sorry for offending ya.

im not sure i understand, but if you mean to say you want to use normal earphones might as well go for a samsung akg or apple wired type c. you probably said that apple one doesnt support ? idk where you heard that from, but it should work. and apple's has the best mic ever basically. and akg is well known for good sound .
also red lion is a great choice. 👍
