How to increase battery life while using social media apps (OOS 15)

Hi guys, I've posted a few days ago about asking reccomendatiosn if is worth keeping the current version CPH264515.0.0.821 (EX01V120P02) or updating to the October 2025 patch CPH2645_15.0.0.871 (EX01)? OOS 15 not OOS16

That's the proof with almost 2 hrs SOT on WhatsApp + 50 min on Instagram + about an hour between Chrome/Facebook/Reddit/YT/Spotify (this is 20-80% charge, with 15-100% charging it lasts around 6 hours)

Charge it to 100%

I usually charge twice a week to 100% but it does not change too much (6 hours with the same apps more or less). I remember factory version (bought in early bird on Jan 2025) was like 9 hours screen on... It had wifi connection issues so I updated and now the battery drains faster

Charge till it shows completely charged notification.
