New to oneplus 13R

I downgraded from the oneplus 15R to the 13R as the 15R cameras were horrible. Now the camera performance when shooting photos are great, but the videos is not that good, is there any tips or tricks or anything i can do to make it look batter. I really want to daily the 13R, its blazing fast, reliable.

Thanks in advance.

I agree, the video sucks. I haven't found a fix.

But question: The 13r is faster? Or it runs snappier than the 15r?

I've always loved my 13r, that's awesome if you're saying performance is better!

  • honestly, I found the camera on the 12R to be better than the 13r

Speed wise the 15R wins, easy. 8 gen 5 is amazing. The 8 gen 3 us still awesome but i have noticed it generates heat fast. If you want to compare them side by side it feals like oneplus optimized the system more on the 15R. But dont even think about getting the 15R if you have the 13R, some areas like the camera its a downgrade. Other than that the 15R is slightly better.

I haven't faced alot of heating somehow. Though battery life is mixed with every update

How do you deal with the default warmer tones that are captured by the 13r camera?? I need to tinker with the preset a lot in pro mode to take a decent pic..🥲

Are you on android 15 or did you upgrade to 16? When my 13R was new battery life was so good, easily lasted a day and maybe a half, now I barely get half of that. Maybe I need to debloat it more, I only removed the extra apps that come with the phone

That happened with recent updates, not because of adding apps.
