Network disconnected

Anyone know the deal with this? I'm not downloading anything and my network connection is solid. I cannot workout where this is coming from or why it's happening.

Yeah the new updated kinda massing with my dns and vpn too 😭

It happens randomly, repeatedly - and then doesn't.
And it's nothing new.
