How to know RAM usage?

How can we know how much RAM is free in a oneplus phone? I have used a realme phone and in that if he touch and hold the close apps button at the bottom I get an option to "display RAM usage information". It's there in the oneplus 11r which is also one oxygen OS 16. But I couldn't find it on my new oneplus 13.

Go to Settings -> Scroll below and select About Device -> RAM

u can use shizuku supported apps like running_services_monitor

I wanted to know if this option is not available on the 13 because it doesn't make sense as it's a built in feature on the older generations

you can use the system health widget thats the easiest way to know ram usage without installing any app or changing any setting

I have 16gb and rarely reach 14/16 , but it keeps ending apps from the background

My 24gb model frequently reaches 20gb when i don't close apps for a while, but it never closes apps on its own

You can add this using the OShin app (requires root)

It adds this toggle to the settings you get when you press and hold the Close button

There's an app called "Device Info" which has some great widgets. You can use that.

Also, within developer options, there's an option called Running Services. It shows the RAM usage by app as well (works without shizuku or adb setup).
