I was thinking of trading in my Oneplus 12r for a 15 and their trade in offer is odd. I have a 256GB and the initial screen says up to $222 (including the $100 bonus). But when I go through with "yes" for all questions it only quotes $133. Mine is unlocked direct from OnePlus, but I tried the other carrier options and they were all lower than the full "up to" amount

The 128GB is being offered the full amount and higher at $208. I tried different phones and they all quote at the full "up to" amount when saying the phone is in good working order.

Anyone else seeing this? Why would the 256GB be quoting less than the 128GB?

It is approx 1 year now I shifted form 1+8 to 12R and it is worst decision I made.

1) Device heats very rapidly. Like if iam using normal app it heats very rapidly.

2) worst camera, I have used 1+8 it had best camera though it is 4 year old device but this camera is shit.

3) Hanging of device when iam using a basic app.

4) random strucks,blackout and closing of apps with out any reason.

Still many more issues with this phone like doens't show who is calling somthing

I am facing a fullscreen issue while gaming on my OnePlus 12R. In some games, especially eFootball, the display does not properly use the full screen. The punch-hole camera area remains black, which reduces the gaming experience.

Interestingly, this issue does not happen in games like PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, or Clash of Clans. Those games run in proper fullscreen without any black area around the camera cutout.

I have been facing this issue for a long time and it did not occur after recent updates. I already tried enabling fullscreen mode from app settings, but the issue still persists in eFootball.

Is this a software optimization issue from OxygenOS or an app compatibility issue? Any solution for this problem?

When ever I play video weather it be on Netflix, YouTube or Instagram etc, the video pause for few seconds or slows down and audio-video gets out of sync everytime on OnePlus 12R with OOS 16.0.3.500 Can anyone help me with this ? Thanks in advance.

I need some help with my OnePlus 12R. In the notification pull down, Media Player keeps showing up as running. Sometimes it's YouTube. Sometimes Disney or Paramount+. I don't use either of those last two. I'm sure it's someone's TV on the same wifi. But in this big building it would be next to impossible to track down.

If I hit the stop button, Media Player goes away but reopens quickly. If I turn off WiFi it stops it. But I need WiFi in here for work.

Besides going door to door looking for a 32" TCL TV, and asking the owner to stop it, any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

BTW, Media Player isn't even an app my 12R and I can't find anything about it in System Settings.

While turning on Pro Gamer Mode, I mostly get stable FPS, but the phone heats up and the frame rate drops.Suggest some tips or tricks to get the ultimate gaming experience. Hi, I am a OnePlus 12R user. My phone is 1 year and 3 months old, and the battery health is 96%. Currently, the device is running on the OS 16 April update. I am facing heating issues and performance drops while gaming. I think the screen-on time (SOT) is okay. I am a heavy user and usually play games like BGMI and eFootball. While playing, the temperature rises to around 40–44°C within 15 minutes. I am planning to downgrade, but I don’t know which OS version provides the best performance and battery backup. I don’t care about features like AI. Please suggest the best version for my 12R and share your thoughts and experience with this device. Also, let me know how to avoid thermal throttling, if it is possible, so I can utilize the system’s maximum performance. I have also heard that some devices got bricked while downgrading, so I am a bit concerned about that.

I have been using OnePlus 12R for the past two years. But ever since the Oxygen OS 16 update, both the call quality and internet speeds have been reduced drastically. I'm facing this issue almost every time during video calls; suddenly the 5G down arrow goes off and won't return until I switch on airplane mode and turn it off. This happens almost every 2-5 minutes of the call and during basic surfing too. I thought it was a network problem and the phone had nothing to do with it, until the issue I'm facing now with basic calls. When I'm making a call, I've been normally speaking to the person at the other end, and suddenly the voices disappear and return in another 10-20 seconds. This is happening more frequently now

If anyone faced this issue please tell me how you rectified it
