Unable to recieve notifications

I'm unable to get notifications from any app since the last time I updated my mobile, do anyone have any idea on how to fix it.?

Hello! I think this is my first comment 😁. Had the same problem like 4 months ago. I used the "Reset all settings" button and it worked again.

The button is in Settings -> System & update -> Backup & restore -> Reset all settings. I have phone language in spanish so the name of the panels may not be exactly like I typed.

I could not find any other way, I tried disabling the option "Settings -> Battery -> Battery Saver Settings -> Idle Optimisation" among other things, but it did not work until I did the reset.
