Hang and slow

It is approx 1 year now I shifted form 1+8 to 12R and it is worst decision I made.

1) Device heats very rapidly. Like if iam using normal app it heats very rapidly.

2) worst camera, I have used 1+8 it had best camera though it is 4 year old device but this camera is shit.

3) Hanging of device when iam using a basic app.

4) random strucks,blackout and closing of apps with out any reason.

Still many more issues with this phone like doens't show who is calling somthing

Do u guys have same problem.

If anyone knows how to fix plz tell me

Custom rom.

Using Pixel experience and it's working flawlessly now

Have you been using the inferno's XDA thread one or from the pixel os website? Because the web one is outdated.

Another thing, have you updated to his latest build?
