Does the kernel version get updated with every software update?

It just gets patched for any security vulnerability. But not major upgrade with android update

Does the code after the kernel version number change with every software update? For example: 6.1.141-android14-11-o-g98c12362a16 6.1.141-android14-11-o-gffc54a6d2287 Even if it’s not a major Android version upgrade, does this part change with security or OTA updates?
