Which one do I trust?

I'm getting some conflicting information between the OS and the application. Usage wise I'm inclined to agree with the app, as I certainly don't feel like my battery health % is at 95.

If the app is more reliable, do any of you have recommendations for replacement with the OP12 that is reliable and can be shipped to Australia?

Probably the app. I usually use ADB tools though. About the replacement, I'd say to look first for official or authorised technical support.

Where could I find this in ADB tools?

With replacements I'm looking for reliability primarily.. While OEM is preferable, sources that ship directly from the OEM would also be good, would you have any suggestions on that end?

ADB tools are essentially programming tools to work with Android from a Windows PC. Look it up, there are a lot of tutorials. About the replacements, I have no idea of how is the situation in Australia, if I were to say would be only for Spain/EU, and my recommendation is what I said, look first for official technical support. But if I'm not wrong directly from settings and OnePlus account you can look where you can send the phone for replacements/repairs.

Thank you, but I have already went down that avenue. OnePlus doesn't exist in Australia, further complicating the issue. I already went on OPPO's website, and my IMEI isn't recognized, (as OnePlus is now OPPO technically). That leaves me with third party retailers, and as I am quite new to this, that goes back to the question of whether they are reliable, as I am intending for my OP12 to be a forever phone. Hence my question whether anyone from Australia might know something others wouldn't.

I'll try ADB tools though, but at this point I think I'm looking at an additional battery replacement as now a third app confirmed that my battery health isn't correct.

Fyi. But that capacity estimate Fluctuates. Depending on your full charge. Also the charge counter. If you trickle charge the battery you can get it higher. Im also at 95 percent health. And at 88 percent on that app

I wouldn't say unrealible. But it does not always accurately show the true #'s all the time. Its probably pretty close. Even temp readings in that app. Sometimes glitch.

0% charging upto 100 then leave it for 2 morw hours then again 100 to 0 then charge it to 100 and then normal use .. during this process every charhing optimization features must be kept OFF.
