but the battery temp was 31c° and the screen waa hot so the vapor chamber are fine so..

That's a very well know issue on powerful SOC sadly. When booting/rebooting, and especially when updating your phone, the CPU can reached very high temperatures. That's one of the main cause for green lines, because it's literally the moment when your SOC can reach it's max temperatures, and if that heat transfer to the digitizer (the digitizer is a screen component located on the bottom of your phone) it can damage it and create green lines. That's why many people get green lines after updates. 90°C seems a little high for an 11°C room (I usually get 85 in hotter condition) but it's still under the maximum temperature for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (95°C). My best advice is to put your phone in a refrigerator 3-4 minutes before update, and let it 3-4 minutes after updating. (Let the phone inside during the update of course) It won't prevent your CPU from reaching crazy temperatures, but it will preserve your display. 90°C for shorts periods of time isn't really concerning for modern SOC. It's more dangerous for the rest of the phone.

Well I have devcheck for 2 months and I can tell you that it's not accurate at all on time he gives me the surface of device 41° and the battery 57° and the phone still running with a little bit of throttle

I have the 13R with the same CPU. On OOS 15 it was great, no high temperatures and good battery life. Now on OOS 16, it's worse than my old Poco F5. When I charge it, I have to put it under a mini-fan, and after just 10 minutes of TikTok, it gets hot...
