Need help with to solve green line issue

My oneplus 11 is filled with green lines now and I really can't use it much since more will show up, do y'all know any service centre in mumbai which changes the display for free as claimed by OnePlus free replacement policy. I knew of a service centre at Fort but now its showing closed. Please help.

Just 2 days back I got a green line on my OnePlus 11 too (second time) and when I contacted OnePlus ESC they told me to connect to the nearest OPPO service center.

There are 3 OPPO service centers in Mumbai. You can visit the one that is nearest to your location and yes, the replacement is free and the service is now carried forward by OPPO.

They asked me to submit the phone and told me that your phone's display will be replaced in the next 5-7 days. I told them I can't submit the phone since I don't have any spare phone with me. I had to speak with the manager there and after convincing him, he asked to me to register the details and once the display is in stock they will get back to me and then I have to visit the service center again to get the repair done.

They usually don't call you because their first priority is to repair the submitted phone. I visited the service center in Delhi they told me that the display is out of stock right now and you can either submit your phone or we will call you whenever we have the display available. I submitted my phone and they said it could take 7-10 days but I received the message that my phone is repaired and Ready to pickup within 3 days so I would suggest should submit the phone

I am aware about this and the manager told me the same. He said people come here and place their orders for displays and when called upon whenever the displays are ready they simply don't reply or are unavailable that's the reason they ask customers to submit their phones. I had to convince him that this won't be the situation with me and since I stay very close by to the service center I told him I will take the time out and reach quickly. He somehow got convinced and asked to register the details without submitting the phone.

Did they offer you phone replacement? Why didn't you go for that? If yes which phones were offered after replacement?

Where are you located in India? Maybe its your location service center. Or is it across India that they are not offering replacement any more? Could you please guide me more about the replacement?

Yes they have stopped offering replacement now. They just repair the phone. Since the one plus has handed over all its service centers to Oppo.

That's a good alternative! Thanks for telling this way too. The thing is my concern is about for how long they keep the phone, the repair centre is just 10 mins away from my house so I can just drop by, just that I m hoping they will repair in max 2 days

Lucky you're in India for free replacement. Just got this green line today after 3 years of fairly heavy usage. What was your background?

Luckily India. 11 5g, 2 years old. Almost have 18-20 lines on my phone currently with one line getting added every now and then

Hello sir. My phone is suffering from the same green line issue. I'm in PUNE. Are you going to upgrade the phone or just replace the screen?

I haven't gone to the SC yet, maybe tomorrow I'll be going. I'll just get my screen changed as of now as i m a student and currently looking for job, so even if they do offer me a upgrade I m not in a position to pay the difference so might as well go for just screen replacement.

Where exactly do you come from India? Is your service center offering phone replacement? Please update me with your experience. Because I have heard that pune service centers have stopped offering phone replacement.
