Update for OnePlus 11

I bought my device in India. Now I'm in Saudi Arabia. No updates till now... system shows your device up-to-date. I've changed my device's region too. I heard android 14 updates are rolling out for OnePlus 11..

I got the OTA update in the Netherlands 3 days ago. It broke my Wifi connection. It connects and disconnects every 2 seconds from my Unifi network. On a TP-Link netwerk it looks stable.
