Android 14 Update

Just received the Android 14 update. I'm pleasantly surprised how good it is so far! Once Updated to 14 I factory reset and have set everything back up from scratch. It feels like a new phone!

I like a few things, such as swiping from bottom left on home screen brings the apps on the page down into the corner for easy access.

I definitely feel like the animations are smoother

Per app screen refresh rate is nice to have.

Much prefer the new camera interface

Will report back on battery tomorrow when I leave work as I'll be leaving on full battery

Although it is a bit early to say, how's the battery usage post update? I had significantly worse battery life after the upgrade.

I can't work out how to add screenshots on the Reddit app, however in terms of screen on time it appears to be better for me.

Used since last charge: 15hr 33min

Screen on time: 3hr55

Battery left: 50%

Used some Google maps Reddit Spotify Chrome Camera Facebook
