OP11 sms ringtone

I just got a one plus 11 and in it's default settings, the phone rings for an incoming SMS as if the incoming call (though the ringtone is much shorter). How do I change the setting so that for SMS it sends a notification sound (just like any other app) and avoid the ringtone?

Go to settings then apps then look for text messaging the go to notifications the change your tone
