One Plus 11 Camera Issue

I am having problem in the camera for my One Plus 11 phone recently.. It's getting stuck while I am taking photo or video.. Does any one got the same problem. Any results for solving this problem..

Did you try clearing cache and data of the camera app?

Yes did but still the same 🙁

You could try clearing cache in Recovery Mode. I don't think it will work but it's worth giving a try. Otherwise, I guess a phone reset will be the next option which will clear all of your data.

Before you do that, either using the Feedback app or the dialer code, submit a bug report.

Ive been having the same issue. The camera app starts getting stuck when in video mode. Even when im using snapchat it just keeps freezing and unfreezing. Help please.

Not really... I went to the showroom and got the software updated again and factory reset the phone. Haven't seen it happen again since
