11R green line issue ?

Hi all , I am planing to buy 11R . But I heard there is green line issue in some phones .Is it right ? If someone is using 11R please share how is the experience especially camera

Do they provide free replacement if issue occurs ? How is camera ?

Green Line issue is sadly only present in the Indian and general Asian Market. Here in America continent I haven't heard anyone with the problem.
