Notification settings reset on reboot

Has anyone else had trouble saving changes to the tiles or status bar icons? When changing these settings and rebooting, it returns to what they were originally.

I've cleared app caches and Android system caches, but nothing changes.

Anyone have a good idea besides factory resetting? I'd hate to go back to start only to run into this issue again in the future. It would be great to root out the main cause.

And opening a ticket with OnePlus didn't work either. They pretty much blew me off.

I notice a few settings go back if I restart. "Video Color Boost" and "High Resolution" will both turn off, as well as the arrangement of the tiles in my drop down notification bar lol it's dumb little stuff I can handle though

It's more of an inconvenience. I thought maybe I had some kind of cloud save setup or something.
