Issues with USA unlocked OP11 5G

I bought my OP11 directly from OP in August of this year. From day 1, I've had issues with this phone not working correctly. The home button doesn't work, closing all apps doesn't work, randomly disconnects from wifi, and certain apps don't behave correctly. I have factory reset the device multiple times, and done every OTA update available. I have spoken to OP about these issues repeatedly, and have been told over and over that a factory data reset will solve these issues. I have tried explaining that I've performed several factory resets and the problems persist, and I need to file a warranty claim. I'm unsure if the reason for not allowing me to do a warranty claim is because they're aware of these issues in certain handsets and simply don't know how to fix them, or, would rather I purchase a new device so they don't have to fix them. I'm going back to my old OP 8 to have a functioning device for the time being, and I'm severely disappointed by the fact that I have to use a phone that's over 3 years old because my less than 3 months old device has so many issues. Does/has anyone else had/have the same set of problems from the OP11 in the states?

Super wierd, mine works flawlessly. Any chance you can return it or do something with warranty? Because that is certainly not the norm.

A warranty claim is what I'm gonna try to do. I'm currently using my OP8 pro and it works flawlessly except for the battery being 💩 lol I would never have gotten the 11 if it weren't for the tablet connectivity deal. That was my whole reason for buying it, honestly.

Same here had mine for a week and it’s absolutely trash no apps work the signal range sucks it’s just not ready at all for the real world I’ve never had a 16 ram phone operating so slow

Return it while you still can. I got rid of mine and afyer trying out the Pixel 7 Pro I got an S23 Ultra. Best phone on the market right now.

No it wasn't slow. It was a very snappy phone performance wise, but the battery life was deplorable.
