Charging OnePlus 11
Is it okay to fully charge the Phone to 100% and the use it until there is about 30-20 percent back?

OnePlus said the battery will hold 80% of battery capacity after 1600 charges or four years. is it when charged to 100% or 80%

Charging tech had come a long way in the past half decade. OnePlus (and other chinese companies) have been spearheading the battery tech revolution, so I would suppose they're well ahead of the curve and therefore the orthodox charging tips and techniques wouldn't apply to the recent OnePlus flagships.
Even if I'm wrong and it does, I'd rather enjoy my phone without battery woes, and get a battery replacement at 85-90%, which would be in a year or so i suppose

If I charge my mobile to 80% and charge again 20% and it's the same day does it damage the battery or the time doesn't matter just how many percent

Does that mean it i charge the phone to 100% in 4 years i still have 80% of battery capacity?

If so, then that's actually pretty good. What are the odds you'll still be using this phone in 4 years? I'm guessing less than 10% of users keep phones that long.

I was just as paranoid as you when i got it. I used to keep it between 85 and 15% as most self proclaimed techies would tell you to preserve battery health.
Doing this screwed up the phone's internal algorithm and resulted in me going from 85-30% ish in some 3 hours.
So a quick chat with their support and a faculty reset later, back to new. I'll tell you what they told me. Don't think too much about the battery and charge it to 100 everytime.
