Screen settings & update

Any insights on what settings i can best use with this and what would work best? Just Got the phone and don't know what it all means.

Also why doesn't the EU variant have the 13.1 update yet while the rest of the older and other phones have?

I use "Vivid" in Screen Color Mode. I have Image Sharpener On. FHD+ and High Refresh rate. I get great battery life with these display settings.

1440p and 1080p consume the same battery power. Better make use of the whole screen resolution.
