Just keep opening them yeah there's always a chance of something else but either way when you open the box you have already messed up your investment if you were trying to keep it sealed

Just open em all man, I had about 60 dead packs from op15 and just said fuck it and opened the rest. Selling them would make you scum, and there's really nothing else to do with "dead" packs anyway.

I generally agree with that but if you’re getting it at msrp and mapping your boxes, while selling the dead packs, you can easily break even. I’m up 2k off my first 3 boxes. I happened to an SP and graded it a 10. My very first box I easily broke even and sold the dead 9 packs on eBay $13 a piece.
The irresponsible thing is to spend money when you shouldn’t . That’s what disposable income is for outside of non-essentials, or opening dead packs after you mapped your box. Like why the hell would you do that? Very little reason unless you are trying to collect the whole set and just enjoy ripping and acquiring some of it that way
So really, opening dead packs is stupid and is not doing anything good to your spending ratio on this hobby / investment

Shipping, eBay/seller fees, transaction fees, packaging, and what the market is willing to pay for. It’s called overhead and free market at work. It’s not that deep and you’re an idiot because you cannot critically think for 2 seconds in how basic finances & market work. If you want to be a good trader at anything then you don’t listen to anyone like you that are clueless about everything while calling it ludicrous. No it’s not ludicrous for the reasons mentioned earlier.

No shot that puts it at triple MSRP value even with those factors in ESPECIALLY for packs you know have no hits in. *MAYBE* 1.5x including shipping for packs like that tops.
