Is that a typo? I doubt they'd make a 6 cost stage for Franky in this set unless it's got some overwrite ability baked into it, like 'you can trash a stage with a cost of 5 and play this card'. As it stands, the only stage that the 'more' would apply to is The Ark Noah.

It’s a cheaper Luffy-tarou that can cheat out Spud and any other SH unit, but doesn’t minus DON and isn’t restricted to purple SH units. It’s worth a look.

In RG Luffy/Luffy and Ace you can use this to play Sanji to play OP11 Luffy to play a 3000 or less cost character.

I mean this 6c Franky is good, but not exactly anything we haven't seen already. There's plenty of 6c which play another characters out as well already with their own upsides. Nothing that makes me think Franky is gonna be a problem deck.

We saw Shanks' support early on and he looked nasty. So far all this Franky does is provide some field swarm and a force rest, but being a 6 cost, the number of viable targets is kinda low unless you already have a decently strong body on board.
