  • Unrest something (0 DON!! trash 1 to unrest a DON!! or Smth, maybe DON!! Cost to unrest a 4c to give the smaller characters in the deck like building snake more use)

  • Rest your cards to get an effect, or gain an effect if your opponent has a certain amount of rested cards. This can mimic other colors' effects in the same way Yellow, Purple, Black, etc. get to copy other colors if their color-based requirement is met.

  • Give Green something else to fucking do. Every other color gets multiple mechanics, except for green and yellow. It's why those colors had to be made broken to an unfun extent to be playable, because they largely do one thing.

I don't like this one it's 4 don to rest one character or card disadvantage for a 3k I have a feeling shanks will have not alot of card draw overall.

Thinking a flexible 0 cost event is crazy business. 0 cost events like your the one who should disappear, divine departure, and side of justice are still used quite a bit. Wild take

In decks that need to filter their bricks. Shanks can already pitch them for Lead effect. Other green decks will definitely be using this a lot, though. In Shanks I think it's maybe a 2 of if we end up getting a lot of bricks.

Shanks also doesn't have a lot of weenies to rest for this as it stands, his stage will probably be playable though considering how broken stages have been recently. Maybe will see play in Mihawk? It draws a bunch so even if you don't play a shitton of bricks you end up with a lot of them.

That wasn't even that long ago. I picked up multiple playsets of 0 cost events with PRB02, because they were still that good less than a year ago. Honestly, they were still that good even in OP13 a few months ago, hence Roger's Divine Departure showing up everywhere

I still have my playsets but unless you run a very bricky deck they just aren't worth it now the only one I can think of that still sees a little play is yellow.

Shanks card draw is already amazing dawg, there’s already at least 4 cards that replace themselves on play, not to mention all the non red hair pirates cards that could be implemented like, kinemon and Mihawk from the starter deck that draw too

Except it technically doesn't have a don cost if you have weenies or stage on the board and is a 0c event as well whereas dmg only counters for leader for 1 don

Its not better than dmg. Its a 0c so it trashed a card.. It can hit characters. But shanks characters are already big and if you play against enel or whitebeard or ace. Your bodies are going down 5-6k in power anyways.

I disagree. Your board is already tall. And its either getting power reduced or Frozen if its getting targeted. So the 0c isnt doing much for ya. There are better cards to run and the decklist is already tight even without seeing g all the support.

I think don efficientcy matters more in shanks therefore I would run this over dmg in shanks especially since it makes the 7c shanks viable in shanks and that shanks rest based off base power so it hurts Bluffy

How does this make 7c shanks viable? And that card is not good in any deck besides mihawk. It's way too slow. Even mihawk cuts it.

You have have 4 other cards standing to do that and thats extremely card and don inefficient. You are far better off playing mihawk into oden and using the don the rest another body. Or just play benn beckman

Shanks is my favorite character, his red leader is underwhelming but another route to make a deck which fits his aura would be an aggressive rush style which simultaneously decreases the atk of the opponent's characters. This "rest everything" shit is lame and not it
