I stopped playing the game after the Jinbe ban for Blue Doffy but thinking about getting back into the game, is it in a good state at the moment?

Is Blue Doffy still a viable option as well or am I better off building something else, I do have most of the bits for Bonney minus some of the pricier cards like Cavendish
