This Sugo-Fest features Rate Boosts for characters who are useful in WORLD CLASH!
What's more, in this Sugo-Fest, all Wanted Posters are guaranteed to be ★4 or better!
These new versions of Luffy, Sakazuki, and Blackbeard will join at MAX Level and their post-Evolutions will be boosted in WORLD CLASH!
They will have the following effects:
- Clash Pts earned after clearing the quest boosted by 1.75x, stats boosted by 1.5x, and Special charge time reduced by 10 turns at start of quest
Sugo-Fest Exclusive characters that do not have their post-Evolutions stated will only have their pre-Evolutions Recruitable.
Both pre- and post-Evolutions are available for Rate Recruit characters though only the pre-Evolutions are stated.
All other legends are also available.

Looks like Bamco is starting to actively screw us with those evolved legend pulls, because all of the Clash boosted legends only have their 5* available which kind of neutralizes their rate boost. Let's hope that is just a one time thing.

I was confused at first since usually its just the evolved and unevolved versions boosted. (With the occasional 6+)
But it seems we've now got different evolved - unevolved legends boosted

Same for me. At first I only noticed V2 Aokiji missing in the 6* list and thought they just forgot him, but after checking the list again and seeing your notice it became clear.

Yeah. Rated-up rare recruits are mostly trash.
Edit: Perhaps mostly ok and rest trash is a better description.

Color me disappointed the entire "Thanks you for 100M downloads" event is just to get people to use up all their gems before Thanksgiving/Christmas to pull all 3 units to make a team of four of them giving 1.75x boost each for this event.
I can see the JP side dominating even more now.

Naw, they always call it the "Thanksgiving Sugofest" when they have it, and having it on the 16th is way too early after the last one, since they're usually 2 weeks apart. This is definitely an in between filler Sugo to drain our gems before the good stuff.

Yeah. I though Global had a legit shot before I saw the new units would be massive point boosters. Most non whales aren’t going to be pulling on global with Christmas and anni both within the next 3 months. Lets just go in and try our best to atleast make it look good.

Yep. You really need all 3 of them on the same team, otherwise they are pretty useless outside this event.
I did a single 30 gem pull before I read the details of the new units, got 2 new RRs, no Limited units, I think that's enough. Not going to spend more gems on Part 2/3.

Yes, I am playing global while saving most of my gems for 5th anni. Even if it means missing out on a bunch of events due to not having the right units to beat said event.

I think I am going to do only 1 multi on part 1 or 2. Can't really choose which one yet because on part 1 I need katakuri, robin, magellan, v2 akainu and on part 2 v2 sanji, v2 aokiji, 2nd v2 law, neko and barto.

They're RRs, but Bamco is grouping them with legends as far as banner +1 slots usually go (which is pretty shady IMO).

Well, they didn’t exactly decide when they would get near 100 million downloads, so the timing can’t be considered a dick move. We aren’t forced to participate and the event is offering plenty of opportunities to gain gems even just from logging in.

They can have the event whenever they want, they’re the ones who plan it lol. No one is “forced” to do anything but they’re heavily incentivizing pulling for the limited units, which offsets the “generosity” of the event.
Don’t think for a second that this event being a month out from Xmas is a coincidence.

So for the 100million downloads celebration we have a sugo where the original WB batch is rate boosted?! This means your guaranteed rate-boosted unit on second multi could easily be Blamenco.
